  • Helped plan, build and ship the internal platforms: tutor and school operations tooling, a media hub, a national competition platform and a reporting system.
  • Replaced a manual spreadsheet reporting process with one platform that gives academic and operations leads a single record of school visits and programme delivery.
  • Built AI-assisted workflows for ticketing, operational communications, certificates, vendor correspondence and weekly reporting. Non-technical staff run them without help.
  • Delivered a school supervision feedback system for a 73-school national quality cycle.
  • Gave first-line systems and technical support to branches, tutors and partner schools.
